Refund Policies

Within Canada:

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 calendar days from the first scheduled training date.

After this period, no refunds will be issued; however, a credit will be applied to your training account for future use.

Outside Canada:

If an international applicant does not receive a PR or work permit within 1 calendar year, they are eligible for a full refund from the training partner which is processed within 20 business days.
